Expensive fishing rods rattling around loose on a trailer or crammed into a vehicle are an accident waiting to happen, and a purpose-built storage tube purpose eliminates that problem entirely.

The Malone Fishing Rod Storage Tube is a telescoping 6" diameter moulded plastic tube that mounts to the underside of trailer load bars and overhead vertical supports via custom steel brackets, keeping up to six oversized saltwater rods protected and out of the way during transport. The nearly indestructible moulded frame with padded ends handles the vibration and road shock of a long drive to the fishing grounds without transferring any of it to your rods. A lockable hinged access door makes loading and retrieving rods straightforward at the launch (lock sold separately).

The telescoping design adjusts from 73" to 102" in length to accommodate extra-long rods, and corrosion-resistant steel brackets and hardware hold up through saltwater and freshwater use season after season. Made in the USA and backed by a Five Year Limited Warranty.
