Kajak Sport - 8" Round Hatch Lid

A soft rubber hatch cover that seals like it means it, without the frustration of fighting air pressure every time you open and close it.

The Kajak Sport 8" Round Rubber Hatch Cover is made to fit Valley Canoe Products 8" hatch rims, closing with a secure snap-fit similar to a Tupperware lid. The soft rubber construction creates a reliable watertight seal and is ideally suited for kayaks that seal very tightly and experience air pressure equalisation issues. Common on British-style sea kayaks, many Necky models, and some older Wilderness Systems fibreglass kayaks, it's also the same fit as the NDK Day Hatch cover.
