At 17'5" with a 21-inch beam and 77 US gallons of volume, the Cetus LV is tuned for paddlers who want the full Cetus experience in a hull that actually fits them.
The shallow V-hull and large rounded chines track efficiently on open water and release cleanly on edge for compact, responsive turns. The swede form design places the widest point behind the seat, a layout that delivers rock-solid stability both loaded for a multi-week expedition and on a lighter day paddle along a favourite stretch of Canadian coastline. Four hatches give you the gear distribution options a serious expedition kayak demands, and hull performance holds up well as the load increases.
Rolling and re-entry are well supported by the low rear deck profile, with the paddle shaft recess providing a reliable brace point for water re-entries. Full deck lines and elastics keep rescue kit and essentials within arm's reach in any conditions. Five layup options are available, with the Ultralight build coming in at 37 lb for paddlers who are counting every kilogram on remote routes.
