P&H - Scorpio II LV

The Scorpio II LV brings the full expedition capability of the Scorpio line to smaller and lighter paddlers who deserve a properly fitting sea kayak rather than a scaled-down compromise. At 508 cm with a 53 cm beam and a Small deck fit, it's the most nimble member of the Scorpio II family, and at 27.5 kg it's also the easiest to handle on land.

The hull follows the same progressive profile shared with the Cetus, transitioning from a slender bow into a slightly V-shaped body with rounded chines for a smooth, controlled ride across open water and coastal conditions. It tracks confidently and responds well on edge, and the optional Skudder system gives smaller paddlers the same precise directional control available on the larger Scorpio II models. The deck-mounted skeg slider stays clear of high-angle paddle strokes regardless of paddling style.

The deck is as well-equipped as any sea kayak in its class. Split paddle and compass recesses keep essential gear organised and secure, moulded-in inserts accept a kayak sail mast foot for downwind runs, and high-strength full deck lines and bungees handle storage and rescue needs on extended trips along Canadian coastlines and remote waterways. Bungee-retained ergonomic toggle handles make carrying and deep water rescues manageable, and the low-profile rear deck keeps rolling and re-entry within reach.
