The construction is built for real conditions. Urethane-coated nylon with double-stitched, seam-taped construction gives you waterproof performance that holds up over a full season of paddling. The sticky edging grips the cockpit rim firmly to stay in place when things get wet and lively, while the implosion bar keeps water from pooling and sagging on the deck. A water-resistant tunnel zipper lets you vent heat on warmer days without fully releasing the skirt. For storage, a zippered mesh deck pocket handles items that can handle a bit of moisture, and the grab handle clips directly to your PFD for easy carrying between the car and the water.
