This replacement rudder lift line pull, commonly called a turtle, is the small but important fitting that mounts to the single strap eye on the right-hand side of the cockpit. It manages the bungee and lift line that raise and lower your rudder, and when the original wears out or goes missing, having a proper replacement on hand saves you from rigging a workaround in the field. It also works as a straightforward upgrade if your current setup is feeling tired.
