YakAttack - TowNStow Scupper Cart
TowNStow Scupper Kayak Cart
For Hobie kayak owners and anyone paddling a sit-on-top designed to accept a scupper cart, the TowNStow Scupper is a significant step forward from the basic post-and-rest designs that have been the standard for years.
The TowNStow Scupper goes well beyond a traditional scupper cart with four firm rubber bunk pads that provide fore and aft hull support around the scupper post, distributing weight more evenly across heavier fishing kayaks and preventing the post from racking inside the scupper. Bunk width adjusts continuously from 5.5" to 14.5" with no preset stops, giving you more precise fitment than most competing carts. The one-way Scupper Barb simplifies truck bed unloading considerably: insert the post into the scupper while the kayak overhangs the tailgate and the barb locks the cart in place, keeping it from dropping to the ground during solo unloading.
The entire cart disassembles without tools in seconds and collapses small enough to stow in most kayak hatches. Two kickstands support the cart upright during loading for lighter kayaks and snap away when not needed. The included BeadLoc airless wheels with grippy rubber tread and hub strap loops are built for hard-packed surfaces. Sand tire versions are available separately and swap in with a push of a button.
