Fifty feet of 3/8" polypro rope gives you more reach and more strength than the standard version, and the bailing pocket holds up to 2L of water, making it a genuinely capable bailer for larger canoes and open boats. Hi-viz trim and a built-in pea-less safety whistle round out a package that meets Coast Guard regulations for human-powered boats under 6m, covering the safety requirements for most canoes and kayaks on Canadian waters.

Durable 420D rip-stop pack cloth construction means this bag will outlast the plastic safety kits sold at hardware stores, with no cracking or brittleness in cold shoulder-season conditions. The mesh panel drains and dries quickly after use, and the rope is flexible and easy to stuff, throw, and knot when you need it. A clip attachment keeps it fixed to a thwart or grab loop so it's always where you expect it.
