Malone Channel Loader™ Kayak Load Assist

Loading a kayak onto a roof rack solo without a scratch on the vehicle or a strained back is one of those tasks that gets a lot easier with the right assist tool in place.

The Malone Channel Loader attaches to the rear of your vehicle in seconds using heavy-duty toggle-activated vacuum cups with non-marking pads, creating a rolling pivot point that lets you slide your kayak up and onto the roof without lifting the full weight at once. The oversized 10" wide conical V-roller works with most kayak hull configurations and improves boat control during the loading motion, reducing the risk of the hull contacting the vehicle's sheet metal. An extra-tall frame clears most spoilers, and the three-position adjustment system matches the roller angle to whatever loading geometry your vehicle and rack combination requires.

The narrow footprint leaves room for a second kayak load when you're running two boats on the roof, and the whole unit stores flat in a trunk or hatch when not in use. At just 3.5 lb, it adds almost nothing to carry.
