NRS - Men's Paddle Wetshoe
NRS Paddle Wetshoe
Rocky put-ins, cold water, and tight cockpits are a combination that demands a purpose-built footwear solution, and the NRS Men's Paddle Wetshoe handles all three without compromise.
The 3 mm Terraprene upper is made from limestone and recycled tires, a petroleum-free alternative to conventional neoprene that delivers serious insulation with titanium adhesive throughout for added warmth retention. Inside, a graphene-infused lining provides thermal-conductive properties that add warmth while reducing water retention so the shoe stays lighter and dries faster between sessions. The high-top design adds ankle support and protection without sacrificing the low profile needed to fit cleanly into tight kayak cockpits and canoe footwells. A naturally shaped toe box keeps things comfortable through a full day on the water, and reinforced toe and heel construction adds durability where wetshoes wear out fastest.
The sole setup is built for serious terrain. A 3 mm high-traction rubber sole delivers confident grip on wet rock and slippery surfaces, backed by a 5 mm neoprene insole and 2 mm plastic shim for maximum underfoot protection on sharp or rocky approaches. A gusset-backed YKK entry zipper opens wide for easy on and off over bare feet or socks, a webbing pull tab aids donning with cold hands, and a hook-and-loop webbing strap across the top of the foot adjusts for a customised fit.
