The shell is 3-layer GORE-TEX Pro with 100% recycled nylon face fabric, lower-impact DWR, and dope-dyed backer material that reduces water usage and energy consumption in production. The Comfort-Neck volcano-style neoprene gasket replaces traditional latex at the neck with a supple, contoured seal that keeps 99% of water out while staying genuinely comfortable through a full day of paddling. Latex wrist gaskets are protected by volcano-style GlideSkin neoprene overcuffs designed to cover more surface area from wrist to hand, reducing water contact in high-volume conditions, with mesh drain holes clearing any trapped water efficiently.
The feature set is purpose-built for open water and coastal touring. An articulated storm hood with three bungee adjustments locks in a custom fit when conditions deteriorate, and a perforated face shield with soft fleece interior and offset zipper design blocks wind and spray when zipped or vents freely when conditions allow. The hood rolls, stows, and secures with a fabric loop when not needed. A 5" neoprene waist overskirt with double-pull hook-and-loop closure mates with your sprayskirt tunnel for a watertight seal, and gathered ankles with silicone grip dots keep the suit snug over booties. A Cordura ankle panel, GORE-TEX Pro fabric socks, drop-seat relief zipper, and two PFD-friendly zippered shoulder pockets complete a genuinely comprehensive dry suit package.
