Even after your GravityWorks filter has done its job removing bacteria and protozoa, water pulled from certain lakes and rivers can still carry a noticeable taste or odour.

The GravityWorks Carbon Element addresses that by adding an activated carbon stage to your existing gravity water filter setup. It splices directly into the clean side hose after the hollow fibre microfilter, targeting flavours, odours, and many organic compounds that a standard microfilter doesn't address. The result is noticeably cleaner tasting water, which matters more than you might expect on a longer canoe trip when you're drinking from the same source for days at a time.

Installation is straightforward with no tools required, and it works within the existing GravityWorks hose configuration without modifying the rest of your system.
